Would you like to exchange or return your purchase? We are happy to help! Exchanges or returns can be made up to 14 days after the delivery date.
Exchanging or returning is quick and easy in the following 3 steps:
Send us an email at info@olvystore.com with the reason for your return and which products you want to send back or exchange. We will then send you the return form in response to your email.
Fill out the return form, clearly indicating which items you want to exchange for a different size or product or want to return for a refund.
Send your package back to us within 14 days of receipt using the carrier of your choice.
After receiving it in our warehouse, we will process your return within 10 working days. Our returns department will keep you updated via email.

- Is returning free of charge?
Return shipments are at your own expense, depending on the courier and the country from which you send your package back.
- What are the return conditions?
Our return policy guarantees that you can return your order within 14 days of receipt without any reason.
Items must be returned to us in unused condition.
Shipping costs for orders outside the Netherlands are not refundable.
- What should I do if a product is defective or damaged?
Unfortunately, sometimes a product gets damaged during shipping or production. We are happy to resolve this with you. Send a message to info@olvystore.com with a photo of the issue. Our customer service will work with you as soon as possible to find a solution.
- What should I do if I want to return my order after the return period?
Be sure to deliver your return within the 14-day period before the return period expires. In the unlikely event that this is not possible, we offer you the option to exchange the product for a replacement or a voucher. Please contact our customer service for the options.
- How long does a refund take?
We do our best to process returns as quickly as possible. After receiving your return in our warehouse, we will refund the money within 10 working days. You can see when the package arrived at our warehouse on the track and trace you receive with your return shipment. After the refund is made, you will receive a notification. Please note that it may take up to 3 days before the refund is visible in your bank account.
